I had no issues upgrading from 8.12 to 8.13 - It went very smoothly. I just checked out the web interface issue that others have mentioned on here and find that I do have that problem, but I only have a handful of users using the webmail interface. The issue only affects the Reply All feature and hasn't presented any problems for my users so far.
