I use Verizon for my personal ISP. I have a friend that uses Qwest for his.
I have been unable to receive mail from him for the last week, most of his messages to me are bouncing with permanent fatal errors. His is the only email I'm not receiving. I think something is up with Verizon, if it makes you feel any better.
