You
don't say if .11 and .12 are the same box. It appears you have 3 or 4
nameservers on the same machine/IP. This is not a good situation, whether it
works or not. You need a secondary nameserver, listed on the nameservers (SOA)
and with your registrar, and on a different box, hopefully in a different
location.
For
now, delete all nameservers except one (In your zone file) or turn off notify.
(If .12 is a separate box, you can have ONE OF EACH and Notify,
etc.).
Check
the performance and logs.
If it
still fails, you've got me beat. If it works, get your registrar to match your
setup, and get an offsite secondary. If the mail server is down, but the
nameserver is up, mail queues. If the nameserver is down, mail
bounces.
