The $495 is a bargain and I have no problem with a "Fair" price increase. Someone else suggested 2 prices, one with phone and the other with just email support. I support this option. I cannot honestly help with what that price should be, but I can tell you the current 10x increase is NOT it!

I also support the continuation of the stand alone Imail Server product. This, I think, was the fundamental mistake made this week. Ipswitch's own pre release announcements stated there would be add on's not a whole new replacement product. Stick with the original plan and many would probably be very happy.
