We're more than happy to comply. Not only have you caused myself and my
company a certain amount of grief with this situation and your apparent
corporate attitude of "who cares?" regarding your currently installed user
base... but... You've put myself, as well as many others, in a very bad
situation for recommending Imail as an excellent solution to OUR client
base... Thanx...
We'll never use any Ipswitch product again. How can we? Would you
ever incorporate software into YOUR infrastructure that relied on a vendor
with an obviously unstable business attitude? This entire situation is
bizarre, at best...
Here's hoping your new product line founders badly and puts your
marketing director in a bread line... Wrong... People like that very
seldom go hungry. They just migrate to another company and pee in their
well...
