It doesn't matter what we say. I think the people at IpSwitch are thinking the following:
1.)At least 10% percent of their clients will pay the price because they don't have the time to switch or just don't want the hassle. (People are lazy)
2.)Losing the old base doesn't mean you won't get any new customers. And for the price they're charging they're probably thinking for every 2-3 customer they lose they can make back from one new customer based on the new pricing.
3.) Pissing a few old customer and having them complain and scream on a mailing list doesn't really harm them.
4.)And if the company tanks so what, the MBA's will all point fingers at one another say it's everyone's fault besides their own as they go look for their next 6 figure job.

are looking for a larger scale, central management, secure FTP server
you can look at G6FTP Server. I run all of the above.
