Ideally it would be good exclude MBX files in Trend AV scans because they can contain good emails along with a virus email. You may end up with a client missing other emails if the scanner quarantines the whole MBX file. When using Trend and other vendor AV software that scan all files in real time any virus should be caught in the SMB form incoming anyway.
