That to me says that they will only provide tech support on version 8.1x through 1/23/2005. Your existing SA's will simply provide patch update access from that point forward. Or am I reading this wrong?

I felt the need to interjet on this as this describes our current
situation. The customer support representative delcared that ICS is a
"New" Product which is not being classified as an updated version of
Imail 8.13.

Hope this helps.

I havent seen this brought up yet, but for those of use who have an
existing service agreement that extends into next year be advised of
this.

"Supported Versions - Only the current version and the previous version
within 90 days of release of the current version are supported."

So does this mean in 90 days they wont support our 8.x versions?????

I had an issue with 7.15HF3 and they would not help me with it. They
cited that specific page and quote telling me to upgrade to 8.x to see
if that fixed the issue.

I can't imagine why their stance would be any different in the future in
this scenario (ICS being the current version)...
