John,

Our feelings here are the same, We have been with Ipswich for many years
though many of there problems we have stuck by there side and yes we to have
spent untold thousands of $$$ on there products as well as support
contracts, This move along with there other resent business plans have left
many without a choice but to seek alternatives to there product, Fortunately
there are many and in some cases they are open source so off we go to
displace Ipswich from our networks.

Subject: RE: [IMail Forum] Invitation to the Technology Focus Seminar

Mr. John Helmer,

I'd like to react to this invitation.

Since IPSwitch has ended the life (EOL) of iMail in favor of ICS and we
recently (1 month ago) bought our renewal of our yearly licence without
being notified of this fact, I no longer support the business of IPSwitch.

We are dissapointed to the fact that after soo many years we are left in the
cold as a customer and we only can continue using that wonderfull product
iMail after paying several thousands of euros ($3995).

I do not agree with this kind of commercial behavior so I will stop using
iMail as of the date our license agreement is over. This gives me 1 year to
search and prepare an alternative for iMail.

I hope that all other Belgian (and other european or worldwide) iMail users
feel the same and I don't think you will see a lot of people at your
seminar.

No kind regards over for now... :-(
