Well, if nobody had said anything there would have been nothing for Ipswitch
to hear and consider. Trying to get a little bit of a budget boost is just
good business, how you go about it may not always be a good business plan.

The newer El Cheapo web hosting and ISP companies are driving the prices way
down for all of us. We just can't be expected to pay a lot more for stuff
and still stay afloat?

The bottom line is no matter what Ipswitch still needs to keep developing
the core email sever to keep moving forwards. It would be foolish to give
what little they do make from selling just the core as a stand alone away by
making it unaffordable to those of us that need only that. Those of us
speaking here are the people that have used the core which in turn makes
Imail one of the top products out there by our continued use and purchases.

We have lots of little sub-domains that are more of a pain than the higher
paying domain hosting, for half the money. But it still all adds up at the
end of the month and I don't intend to run them off :)

Thanks for listening Ipswitch! Perhaps the right attitude on Monday could be
one of the single best business moves Ipswitch will ever make :) Keep in
mind there is some damage control that needs to be done while you
contemplate your response! Nothing less that ooops we really messed up will
stop some people from turning around. As is I am pretty sure some will not
be looking back come Monday. I feel compelled to play it out now, because up
until the 25th I was willing to let things go while knowing there were other
offerings that have some features Imail doesn't have at this time. I just
pay the $495 every year and try to stay content because it's pretty stable
and the people here make it simple enough to maintain. Ipswitch support is
also a last line of defense if you really need it, which was kind of ok to.

I rest my case until I see what is said come Monday. Thanks again Imail
users for having the guts to speak up. Thanks Ipswitch for have enough sense
enough to keep an open mind and try some damage control.
