Hi,

The problem is, that this blacklist can be feeded by mostly everyone.
eg. A user is subscribed to a newsletter. After a while, he wants get rid of it. 
Instead
of optin out, he declares the mail as spam.

This list contains a lot of european companies, airlines (!) and other well known 
firms.
How can a english speaking person decide, if a german, italian, french email contains
spam?

We do the same for our customers and we learned how complicated it is. And it needs a 
lot
of time. That's the reason, why they have to pay for it.
