You could ftp the txt file if you can't figure out a web interface way...
Or connect thru Terminal Server and log into your IMail server..
If your remote workstation is using XP, use Remote Desktop connection. Some other platform, download the appropriate client from the MS site.

Thanks for this information. But i was more looking at a solution
thru the web-interface. That way i can manage my mailserver from
where ever I am versus being pysically present on the sever ..
Let me know if you can help on the web-interface option.
