I tried that and still nothing shows up in my bulk folder in the webmail (when in fact my POP client will then download 145 messages from my bulk folder).

Any other suggestions?

This is usually the result of a corrupt index file. Delete the .UID file (not the .MBX) file and IMail will recreate it at next check. Large mailboxes may take some time to rebuild.
