Hi All,

I believe that we have made it clear on a number of occasions that we intend
to enhance and support the core IMail product as it is central to ICS.
Features like SPF will absolutely be added to IMail and will be available to
those users who have IMail Service Agreements.

Best regards,

Jill,

You (Ipswitch) still refuse to answer a very simple and basic question. Will IMail as a standalone product be made available for general sale?

An SA is not a product. It simply gives you access to tech support, patch updates and the next version release. If there is not going to be another version release than you are buying an SA for a dead product.

The only answer you (Ipswitch) have ever given "reported by others that said they called Ipswitch) on being able to purchase a standalone version of Imail was on a "case-by-case basis" until you can evaluate customer feedback. That says the product will NOT be available for general purpose and therefore anybody that wants to stay with Imail will be trapped into needing to figure out how they can meet a case-by-case basis" when they need to add another server to their farm. I would think that there has been plenty of time for the evaluation of customer feedback and your continued silence on this issue is deafening!
