[IMail Forum] Mailbox locked.

Hi,   Some of our users can't delete emails in the Web Messaging, there is a solution from IMail based on the KB (http://support.ipswitch.com/kb/IM-20000118-DM01.htm), but is there other way of not stopping the services to solve the issue ?   Thank you.   Regards, Zul
