[IMail Forum] User Properties

As my last task as the Administrator at this company,(I am moving overseas),  I would like to see if I can fix one more thing.   In the Imail user properties, most of the fields are greyed out, how can I change this?   Thanks folks you all have been great!   Jay Calvert
