He is using webmail only and my virus filter is Declude Lite with F-Prot. It should then only be scanning individual emails as they are sent and received.
So we are still confused on how this could happen. I'll contact Tech Support and see if they know anything.

Hello, I have one specific client that is telling me their email is being deleted automatically via web mail. Is this possible or an issue? They are not very savvy computer wise but they tell me they are not deleting their mail but yet find their email box cleared only showing emails from today.
