I've used BlackICE for years and didn't know about these advanced configuration options (but just tried what you suggested and am delighted to see that it works as advertised). I'm happy to have some protection against dictionary attacks, until Ipswitch adds something to Imail. Where did you find these parameters documented? I'd love to know what else is possible. Thanks.
