Hello Scott,
I tried the tool. It gave no error and in fact it gave the output
immediately with the response ok.
I received the mail right now but after about an hour. Some mails
may have disappear. I have white listed the domain yahoo.co.in, but it have
not given any useful thing.
Can you please advise what else we can do.

The problem is that if their IP is blocked, the only information that can
possibly appear in your log file about the transaction is the IP
address. So you would need to know the IP address that Yahoo is sending
from, but until they start sending an E-mail, you won't know what that IP
address is.
If this is happening with many domains, you can try putting your E-mail
address into the Test Mail Sender tool at http://www.dnsreport.com , to see
if there are any errors shown there.
