F-Prot AVES is not free. You pay a subscription fee for it. All you need is F-Prot for Windows. It does include an on-access scanner, but do not install that part, just install the command line scanner. One of the limitations of F-Prot is that you cannot exclude directories. But since you do not need the on-access scanner this does not matter.
