We have setup all of our networks in the trusted address list as a.b.c.0
m.a.s.k and all of them function properly. If you put in an address of
a.b.c.d and a mask then only that single address is allowed. Make sure that
you have selected a group of computers when adding the ranges and not a
single computer.

Subject: Re: [IMail Forum] Trusted addresses supposed to work?

They don't have the trusted addresses setup right, to do that for my
network I had to do 192.168.1.1 with a subnet of 255.255.255.0.
