If we disable scanning for c:\imail how will it make us useful. I
mean we are using this clam antivirus for our Imail. If we disable this,
this won't be of any use.
Do you think that this is the only problem?
Frankly speaking what will Declude Antivirus do? Asking this so that we can
finalize. I mean is it some methodology difference between declude and clam?
Will wait for your answer.

I believe you'll need to disable Clam's on-access scanner (as well as
Norton's), or else make sure they do not scan the \IMail directory.
