Jay, FWIW I've been running BlackICE on W2K for years, and Windows Server 2003 for 1 year, and have never seen a blue screen. I have BlackICE Application Protection and Communication Control completely disabled (uncheck Enable Application Protection and Enable Communminication Control in BlackICE Settings), so you might want to try disabling both of those if you hadn't already.
