Ted,

You can stop black ice. Then open up firewall.ini in
a text editor and remove every line that looks like
the following:

REJECT, 82.216.5.89,, 2004-11-23 20:51:50, 2004-11-23
21:51:50, 4000, auto

The restart the black ice service.

YOu can also go into the black ice monitor and find
the IP that was blocked under the "EVENTS" tab and
right click on it. You'll get a pop-up menu. One of
the options on the menu is to "trust" the IP. I've
not used that but it may work for you. I also see you
can go into the INTRUDERS tab, right click on an IP,
and select delete. I've not tried using either trust
or delete so use at your own risk! But they look like
they may unblock the person.

=========================
I don't think there is anyway to purge the BlackIce
ban list without writing
some scripts to do it. I don't see anything within the
program that will do
anything of that nature. While BlackIce is a pretty
awesome program, there
are some limitations.
