CNAMEs are only for redirection to another domain name, not an actual URL. To do what you are trying to do you will have to setup a redirect in IIS or Apache or whatever webserver you are using. IIS is on the home directory tab when you view the properties of the website. Just select redirection to URL and permanent redirection for this resource.
