I guess the easiest way to explain it (and therefore confuse more people) is the x-rcpt-to's will be generated by the different "R" lines in the SMTP envelope (Imail's "Q" file) as the file is delivered to each addressee... Each recipient has a R line. Since the delivery application has no need to differentiate you can't tell from here if it's a TO, CC, or BCC as this is only determined by the Header in the body on what to show in the message in the client.
