Let me apologize in advance if this has been stated already.

I ran into the same problem when I first setup the server. The problem
stems from use of port 8383. Some proxy administrators will not allow
anything other than port 80 and port 443. I configured the IIS service
on our webmail server to accept port 80 then redirect it to port 8383.

Hello all,

If some of you could help me... One of my customers tells me that he
cannot even get the welcome screen at: http://mail.kuthula.com:8383

If I test it myself from outside my network it works! can some of you
just try it and tell me if it's working?

This customer is in UK. Do you think that some ISP proxy settings could
prevent him to access to the webmail?

Thx for your help,
Laurent.
