Let me apologize in advance if this has been stated already. I ran into the same problem when I first setup the server. The problem stems from use of port 8383. Some proxy administrators will not allow anything other than port 80 and port 443. I configured the IIS service on our webmail server to accept port 80 then redirect it to port 8383.
