I'm thinking that you might have to run the IMail services under an account with administrator privileges in order to get this to work.  I recall seeing something else dealing with program aliases that required this. This certainly seems to be a security issue. I switched the Queue Manager service to start with an admin account, and the alias works like a charm. Considering this would be a terrible security practice, does anyone have any suggestions on launching the batch file or running shutdown in the batch file as an administrative user? Setup an alias in Imail to launch C:\WINDOWS\system32\reboot.bat.
