No. Mailroutes (in HOSTS or in DNS) are per-domain.
What's so difficult about setting up a virtual host and alias with the assistance of ADDDOMAIN and ADDUSER? In either case, you get the suboptimal case of a 'nobody' alias, which is the archenemy of your system resources.
