It is a problem with the Compuserve internal browser just as users can't
login when using AOLs internal browser. Just have them minimize Compuserve
and use either IE or Netscape...

Subject: [IMail Forum] IMail Relaying and Web Messaging - Compuserve

We just upgraded from IMail 6.4 to IMail 7.07.

Our customers use Compuserve to read email via web messaging. When they try
to send email to anyone via web messaging, they get a "550 Not local host
... cs.com not a gateway" The problem is reported on IMail support at:
http://support.ipswitch.com/kb/IM-20030318-DM01.htm . However, all these
Dwords are there plus many more. I even tried getting their browser version
and it returned "Mozilla/4.0", which is in the list of Dwords. This is all
using web messaging, so I don't understand the problem.

When we have the customer open Internet Explorer outside of Compuserve
(still connected via Compuserve) they can send email fine. It must be
specific to Compuserve's browser.

Any ideas?? I'm at a loss here. This happens when we set "No Relaying" which

we need to keep. Are there more Dword values that I can add? If we upgrade
to a current version will this still be a problem?

Thanks!!
Chuck
