The problem with the blacklist manager is that it's written in VB6. This limits the number of URLs to 32,767. Imail's factory list recently exceeded this number, which is why the "subscript out of range" error. I'll be releasing a .NET version soon with which this won't be a problem. Until then, you can download http://www.turner3d.net/URLBLMan2.exe and run it from the installation folder of the original version. It's a little slower, but it'll get the job done.
