This will occur (the message being sent to the moderator's account instead of
the list) when the sender is not the moderator. That
is, if a message is received by a moderated list and the sender is not the
moderator, the message is forwarded to the moderator.

Check the 'Owner' address on the General tab of the list's properties. This
must exactly match the Reply-To: field (or From: if no
Reply-To: exists) in the header of the message being posted. You can check the
headers of the message that your moderator receives
to see what information the sending mail client is putting in these fields.

Have a good one,
Christian

Subject: [IMail Forum] List Server setup issues...

I have finished a mail server migration to Imail and I've run into an issue
with the list server. We needed a global broadcast list
to our 600+ mail users about updates and changes to the system. I setup a
Moderator list with disabled subscriptions and list
commands. I exported a User list from the server then manually added the users
email addresses, after doing Power Edit modifications
to create the Users.lst file.

The formats I have tried for file are:

<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>

<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>

[EMAIL PROTECTED]

[EMAIL PROTECTED]

None of these work for routing the mail. The list Owner/Administrator receives
the mail but no one else. He is also the one sending
the mail for the list.

I setup a new list and added my account normally. The format in the Users.lst
is:

<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>

The record in the Users.txt file is:

<[EMAIL PROTECTED]> "User Name"

Even this Test list still doesn't work. Any ideas? Am I just missing something
obvious?
