Pardon me if this is NOT new, but its the first time I've seen it with my domain as the forged culprit.

I got a complaint message from our upstream provider, first thing I did was check the logfiles and verify that it didn't go through our server, I only relay for addresses in-house and nobody here sent it...  The only thing I can think is that they tossed in a random MX record before sending it out of their own server to throw off the spam filters.
