[IMail Forum] catching text only emails

We've got our server set to delete any email that has is listed in 
url-domain-bl.txt. The problem seems to be that spammers have caught on 
to that and are sending text emails rather than html. Other filters are 
still catching these but I would like to simply delete them before 
further processing.
