Rather than manually editing the rules.ima (if that is what you are trying to do) you could go into the admin console and create an inbound rule for the domain in question, which I think might be easier than the fiddling with the syntax of doing it manually. Then if you want to see the result for future reference you could then open the rules.ima file and examine the resulting syntax.
