That's gonna be a bit more difficult as you will need to adjust the 
frameset...Personally I leave it up to my users to set it the way that works 
best for them.. I won't hazard to guess what screen resolution they're 
running so it would be hard to make a "one size fits all" setting that is 
going to please everyone...Your call though

Yes, each user can customize this view to their own preference...To make the
proportions of the list/preview just do a mouse over on the separator line
and drag it up and down...

Can you increase the size of the email list in KWM? Or decrease the size
preview pane?
