Question:
I have a client that is using the classic webmail templates on the server. When I view the main.mbx database directly I can see messages dating back to 12/23. When viewed in webmail, the earliest message is dated 12/26. Is this a webmail bug or ?? am I missing something ?
Also, I've received several complaints from users not receiving incoming mail. I can follow the arrival of the mail in the logs, the mail passing anti-spam checks, but in some cases I don't see the final mail in the users mailbox. This is happening intermittently.

Anyone have any ideas where I can start looking?
