Some thing is not normal on your configuration. During the SMTP receive, at
the point that the sending SMTP server says RCPT TO: Imail compares that
will the local users and if not found, responds with unknown recipient and
rejects the message. Therefore, the message is never received.

There must be a gateway or nobody alias involved somewhere. Please explain
your setup.
