There is an ERR 005 error in the SMTP transaction. I have the latest version of Imail 8.14 with Hotfix 1.

If you see an ERR 005 line in there, you need to probably upgrade but nonetheless, get with Imail TS on that issue. That is the only time I have ever seen a "killer" message, is when it was generating an ERR 005. I tried resending it and the service just crashed again. I believe the email had an attachment. I asked the user to send the message again and the same thing happened?
