What email client is the client using? I have some people who configure their clients in all kinds of stupid ways. Maybe they've filtered it out or are hiding messages. Have you checked with webmail?

One of the users on a specific domain does not receive any emails, although the mail does not go back to the sender to indicate any errors.when I tried to send him from email- on the same mail server - I discovered that the mail does not received also, although that the SMTP log files indicates the following:

01:10 16:39 SMTPD(93bd149e0152a3d0) Authenticated [EMAIL PROTECTED], session treated as local.

01:10 16:40 SMTP-(93bd149e0152a3d0) finished D:\IMail\spool\Q93bd149e0152a3d0.SMD status=1

Doesn't this mean that the message is delivered successfully?

Any Ideas will be appreciated

Thanks in advance
