Try this (taken from an old post)

"change the myCharset variable in the languageLoader.cgi file from UTF-8 to
ISO-8859-1"


It fixed the problem for am Imail Admin hosting KWB using different
languages and constantly getting the undefined error.

Try it out to see how it goes.
