Just got this, fwiw. It's in reference to the very dangerous <feature> of Webmail displaying HTML attachments instead of the text body of ANY message (that has a text body and an html attachment). It was reported to IPSwitch October 28, 2004, and not fixed in 8.14 and not fixed in 8.15. I have no idea what the speculations should run, but I'd suggest nobody hold their breath.
