I'm assuming Declude adds into IMail as a delivery application.
Imail's interface for 3rd party apps is after a msg is completely received by SMTP protocol and queued to disk and before delivery.
If you are prefer to save bandwidth and mail system resources by rejecting a msg before the DATA command, and/or based on PTR, HELO, MAIL FROM domain names, you'll need another SMTP relay in front of IMail.
