We are running Imail 8.14HF1 and had the same problem occasionally. The user reported the problem was able to read the message only after clicking the "forward" button to go to the next screen (compose email), and/or actually forwarded the email to himself then the secret revealed.
If anyone know the cure for this please advise. Occasionally, in webmail, a user open click an email and just get a blank page. If you download the email to Outlook it looks fine. If I forward it from webmail to another account, they can read it fine in Webmail. I went back to the old Webmail templates (the old yellow one's) and it has the same problem. So I don't think it's related to the webmail templates, it could possibly be a global setting in Imail that I've screwed up? I think it's related to the format of the original email but I can't prove it for sure. Has anyone had a similar sort of issue or know how I can troubleshoot this one?
