Sure,  but  you  _can't_  reject  using IMail.

Eric's  point is that if you're going to accept the mail for delivery,
keeping it in a folder for a few days as a failsafe is a smart move in
the case of a misbehaving blacklist (or any other test). Yes, you want
users  to  _consider_  the  mail  to  have  been deleted, but what you
actually  do with it is your call. Moving the file is unlikely to have
a detrimental effect on your server vs. deleting the file.
