Hi Joseph,

The phrase filter can check body and
subject, so you can add your single word, eg. if "joe" is your phrase, it will 
trigger on
the subject "joe is hungry" but not "joes pants are blue".

It's a dangerous game to use one word only as phrase. I would use two words at 
least to
clarify the intention.
