She is using IE. But the strange thing is that another user logs on his email a/c using her IE browser can send the attachment. If the affected user uses her a/c on another person's IE browser, the same problem happen (ie. cannot send attachment). Strange, isn't it ?

There are some security settings in IE that treat some files as malicious and not let you move them with the browser..
