Can anyone shed some light on this issue? I have a list serve that allows subscriptions. I have subscribed from my Outlook connected to Exchange, Yahoo, Hotmail, and AOL, but am unable to subscribe from Outlook Web Access connected to the same Exchange server mentioned above. There are also several people who are unable to subscribe from external systems, but I don't know what their particular environment is. All unsuccessful subscribes come back with the usual IPSwitch message:
