By knowing what on my network is dynamic they know whether or not to blacklist. They stated that they wouldn't blacklist based on complaints from dynamic IP's. FYI, I called the support number on their web site and had to tell the answering tech that I was an ISP administrator and asked to speak to a tech that worked with the email servers.
