I agree, ask the forum first then go to the kb. Doesn't annoy me at all,
jsut wish I could have helped which is the very spirit of what this is
all about.

Have you bothered to search the archives? Both the location of the
file and
accessing the file by means other than through the SMTP service tab in
the
Imail Admin have been discussed at length. Ipswitch even has a KB
article on
accessing it.
